2026 Fall Campout Registration

Hanna Flat Campground (Big Bear)

October 9-11, 2026

Registration options:

• 1 Person ($60) = space in a provided group tent (boys only)
• 2 People ($120)
• 3+ People ($160)

Note: Parking is limited. Patrols may be required to consolidate vehicles before arriving at the campsite.

3-Night Option (+$10):

• This year’s fall campout takes place on a federal holiday weekend (Columbus Day). You can extend your stay through Monday (3 nights) for an additional $10 per family. There will be no Troop-wide programming on Sunday. However, participants are encouraged to coordinate activities and meals among your patrols and families.
• If your son is attending the campout by himself, please confirm travel and tent arrangements before selecting this option.

Meals:

•  Meals for Woodlands Trail campers (i.e., Foxes, Hawks, Mountain Lions) will be coordinated within patrols. Meals are not included in the registration cost. This is why the per-person cost has been reduced from $75 to $60.
• Navigators will purchase food as a patrol and prepare meals for themselves and the dads in their campground (Friday dinner to Sunday breakfast). The cost is $15 per person.
